ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais

We arrived early and were checked in as our rooms were ready earlier than expected. Our double room had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The breakfast selection was delicious and well laid out, with lots to choose from and the croissants and bread were, as you'd expect in France, truly delicious! Beretta on reception was charming and super-friendly - I requested an extra hour to the already generous check-out time, and Beretta obliged! Also, Yanis at the bar was very friendly too and he chatted to us as we drank our delicious cocktails!

The hotel is located near the university and is within easy walking distance of central attractions. We found the hotel to be good value, clean and well maintained, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. We enjoyed staying with our young child and our dog, and found the 3 person bedroom spacious enough for all of us.

The hotel is wel located, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was small standard room but confortable, clean and wel iluminated. The bathroom was very clean and everything works as it should. The beds were confortable. You could listened a little noise from the street at night but nothing that disturbed the sleeping time. The breakfast was early served, pretty well assorted, all fresh and quality products.

Lovely hotel, 10 minutes walk to the centre, room was lovely, breakfast was 10/10 - Lovely eggs, bacon and such delicious bread! Lots of choice, Fresh loose leaf tea, best breakfast we’ve ever had!! Staff were very accommodating, nice area to sit and have a drink in the evening, the pizza and charcuterie board we had was amazing, it made our stay at the ibis so much better, Thankyou!!

Ideal location for a stay in Lille, close to the main part of the city and both Lille Europe and Lille Frandres stations. The breakfast was very good indeed, a great choice and replenished regularly.
